Danielle began her journey with Midmark as a high school student and, over the past 24 years, has become a valued and versatile teammate, contributing across multiple departments and locations. Now serving as an Agile Product Manager, she takes pride in the opportunities she’s had to grow within the company and thrives in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation. Deeply engaged in the organization, Danielle is inspired by the passion her colleagues bring to their work and remains committed to Midmark’s continued success.

Amy Nelson joined Midmark in 2021 and quickly felt at home, thanks to the supportive people and welcoming culture. As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, she has enjoyed shaping the Midmark culture, leading team workshops and connecting with colleagues daily. Amy is deeply involved, participating in Professional Women in Healthcare, the Learning Advisory Council and the FIT team, Midmark’s wellness committee. She plays a key role in fostering Midmark’s warm and inclusive environment, and we are grateful for her dedication to creating meaningful learning experiences.

Morgan Huffman started as an intern at Midmark in 2011 and advanced into a leadership role as Corporate Logistics Manager. He emphasizes the importance of succession planning and takes comfort in knowing that the next generation of leaders is being well-prepared and equipped to step into key positions. Morgan values Midmark’s customer-first culture and internal collaboration, which fuel success. Inspired by the leadership he admired early in his career, he is actively involved in the community. Midmark appreciates Morgan’s dedication and the daily impact he makes in the logistics department.

Karen Herndon, Creative Services Manager, Animal Health at Midmark for 13 years, shares her core values at work and in life, and what she is most passionate about. As an animal lover, Karen’s connection to the animal health industry is personal, allowing her to deeply understand and relate to the needs of our customers. Her dedication and outstanding performance earned her the prestigious Blue Vase Award, recognizing her positive attitude, courage, enthusiasm and go-getter spirit. Karen embodies the values of Midmark and continues to grow, supported by the company’s commitment to her development.

Tony Dues has been with Midmark for 30 years as a Territory Portfolio Manager and describes the Midmark culture as caring. He finds his role competitive, fun and challenging, enjoying the opportunity to meet with a variety of individuals to enhance the brand in his territory. Through his life experiences, Tony believes he can connect with Midmark on a more personal level, speaking to the products and customers in a realistic way. The support and camaraderie of the sales team have been significant to Tony throughout his Midmark journey.

Michelle Reed has been an integral part of Midmark for over 35 years, excelling in Assembly, Service and Accessories. Her journey began in Casework, but her passion for animals led her to the Animal Health Assembly area, where she found fulfillment in combining her love for assembly work with her empathy for animals. Michelle has exemplified self-motivation and dedication throughout her career, making her a valuable asset to Midmark. She regards Midmark as a workplace and a crucial contributor to the community, instilling a sense of pride in its generosity and giving spirit.

Since joining Midmark as Chief Operations Officer in 2022, Rob Sackett has made a significant impact. Within his first 90 days, he visited all our U.S. manufacturing sites. In the past year, while overseeing operations and relocating to Versailles, he has been dedicated to Midmark and our teammates and actively engaged with the community. With nine years of military experience, Rob brings values and integrity to his position. He takes pride in being a teammate of a company that does everything with a simple yet profound ethos: "because we care."—teammates care deeply about each other, our customers and the communities in which we live and work.

Rigved Dubhashi started his career in 2004 as a Software Developer and later, in 2021, joined Midmark as an Enterprise Architect Director. He takes pride in his recent achievement of becoming a United States citizen after moving from India in 2007. Growing up with parents who were doctors, he developed a profound interest in healthcare. In his current role, where he makes long-term technology decisions to help shape the future of healthcare experiences, he feels he is giving back to the country. Rigved believes Midmark fosters a sense of family, prioritizing empathy and understanding with the solutions we create and with each other as teammates.

Olivia Francis joined Midmark in 2020 as a Human Resources Business Partner and has since transitioned into the role of HR Corporate Generalist. Olivia describes the Midmark culture as caring—about the professional development of teammates and also about the patients and caregivers we serve. Olivia actively shapes the company culture by sharing information about our "top-notch" benefits, emphasizing health and wellness and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. She is very involved in activities at Midmark, specifically with the Midmark Wellness (FIT) Team that focuses on nutrition, fitness, social and mental health. Olivia describes the HR team dynamic as fun and appreciates the support she receives as a working mother. Midmark's commitment to the well-being of its teammates resonates deeply with Olivia, making her proud to say, "I work there."

Tanya Coby is the Integrated Marketing Manager for Midmark’s medical business and has been with Midmark for 23 years. She describes Midmark’s focus on bringing products and technology together to help solve problems for patients and caregivers, transforming healthcare experiences. Tanya also shares her thoughts about Midmark’s culture and describes it as authentic, passionate and caring. She appreciates the philanthropic efforts of Midmark to help those at home and in developing countries. She believes the core of the Midmark culture is special and remains the same, and that’s the people.

Will Bailey has been with Midmark for nearly 12 years and is proud to say he has found his forever job. After much training, he is classified as a Weld Engineering Technician. In this role, he loves that his welding knowledge helps with problem-solving and how different each day is. Will describes Midmark as a big company run as a small company. Everyone seems to know Will at Midmark, and he brings his authentic self to work each and every day.

Leah Knapke began working for Midmark as an Associate Product Manager and is now a Senior Product Manager in Versailles, Ohio. Leah enjoys the cross-collaboration at Midmark with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations and other areas to ensure delivery of our products gets done on time. She enjoys engaging with our customers, spending time with them in the Midmark Experience Center and developing products to support the point of care experience. Leah describes the Midmark culture as collaborative, caring and fun with a focus on not only growing the company, but growing our teammates.

Karen Roman-Sanchez began working for Midmark as an intern at our Irvine, California, facility in 2019. Midmark gave Karen opportunities as an intern, inspiring her to work at Midmark full-time. Karen describes the Midmark culture as welcoming and diverse. She shared that she was not viewed as just the intern at the office; she was “Karen, the Design Engineer.” Every day, Karen designs detailed spaces and puts strategy into how the designs will affect patients and caregivers. Her peers nominated her to attend the Professional Women in Healthcare (PWH) Leadership Summit this year, which displays the respect Karen has earned in her profession by the teammates surrounding her. Karen details how she feels the impact of her job firsthand. She is inspired by Midmark, the people and her work.

Nick Hyde is the Production Manager in Assembly at our Carthage, Missouri, location. He joined Midmark in 2020, and during his time here, he has held several roles. He now oversees various departments and team leads. Nick talks about the respected work environment at Carthage, saying, “It is like a family atmosphere. Working with people every day make teammates like family because challenges are being faced together.” Midmark strives to advance their teammates, and Nick helps do that every day.

Matt Magoto began working for Midmark in 2009 as a Manufacturing Engineer. Throughout his career, he had the opportunity to grow and move into various roles. He is now the Sustaining Engineering Manager for all Midmark business units. He previously led the co-op program efforts to bring college-level students into the engineering field to develop that pipeline of teammates. Matt shares his beliefs about how you can check all the boxes at Midmark when you think about what you want to accomplish in your career.

Chuck Bretz is the Plant Manager at our Kansas City, Kansas, facility. He began working for Midmark in Versailles, Ohio, in 2004, and within the past 19 years, he had the opportunity to work in six different roles. Chuck admires the culture at Midmark and, for 18 years, drove 100 miles each day to work here. He spends most of his time on the production floor, engaging with teammates and ensuring they have the tools to do their job. He appreciates the professional development provided at Midmark to gain experience in areas where you want to grow.

Kristin Brandon, Product Engineering Sourcing Manager, discusses how Midmark has impacted her everyday life. She highlights the values at Midmark, crediting the genuine caring culture of its teammates and the personal growth she has experienced. In her role, Kristin engages in frequent brainstorming sessions and implements cross-functional strategies, collaborating with a team that is always ready to lend a hand. With Midmark's support, Kristin feels privileged to fulfill her dream of being a working mother.
