When you think of the best customer service, what do you think of?
You think of someone who values your call; they’re enthusiastic, helpful, respectful and courteous. They don’t rush to get you off the line, instead listening to what you need and helping you understand your veterinary equipment. They are knowledgeable about the product; they care about your problems, look for solutions, and go above and beyond to give you a positive experience.
That’s exactly what you get with Midmark Animal Health’s customer experience team. A group of five, with varying backgrounds yet all the identical in their goal – a superior customer experience.
Whether calling in for order processing, looking for more information on products or prices or for anything else you may need, these ladies are the voice on the other side of the phone.
The group has a good time – and that is perhaps the reason their favorite elements of their job all match. They all agreed that the customers, sales people and co-workers they interact with are their favorite part of working for Midmark Animal Health.
When calling into customer service, take satisfaction in knowing that the voice on the other side of the phone is there for you.
