Preventative Maintenance

Our commitment to your long-term satisfaction with our equipment doesn't end when your warranty expires. We have teamed with our manufacturing partner for the Cardell® 9400 series monitors to offer a post-warranty, comprehensive PMP. Please contact Midmark Veterinary Customer Service at 1-800-MIDMARK for a flat rate post-warranty preventative maintenance program.

Preventative maintenance for Models 9401 & 9402 includes the following:

   1. Visual inspection of unit inside and out

   2. Hardware and software updated as required through ECN changes

   3. Battery replacement

   4. Evaluation of all accessories sent in

   5. Calibration and/or adjustments to monitor

   6. Pneumatic check

   7. Pressure calibration check

   8. SpO2 functional check

   9. Safety leakage check and hi pot test

   10. Labeling updated where needed

   11. Final factory test procedure using auto test station

   12. Cleaning

   13. Quality assurance (QA) inspection

   14. Complimentary replacement BP cuff

Parts replaced if needed at no additional charge (to be determined by repair technician):

   1. Front panel key switch

   2. Front monitor housing

   3. Rear monitor housing

Any circuit boards that need to be replaced due to malfunction will have an additional charge. 
Customers will be provided with an estimate prior to repairs. PMP pricing does not apply to units and accessories that have been misused or damaged.

Preventative maintenance for Models 9403, 9404, 9405, 9454, 9456 includes the following:

   1. Visual inspection of unit inside and out

   2. Hardware and software updated as required through ECN changes

   3. Battery replacement Evaluation of all accessories sent in

   4. Calibration and/or adjustments to monitor

   5. Pneumatic check

   6. ECG and respiration functional check

   7. ETCO2 calibration check

   8. Pressure calibration check

   9. SpO2 functional check

   10. Temperature calibration check

   11. Safety leakage check and hi pot test

   12. Labeling updated where needed

   13. Final factory test procedure using auto test station

   14. Cleaning

   15. Quality assurance (QA) inspection

   16. Complimentary replacement BP cuff
