Current chief people and administrative officer, Sue Hulsmeyer, retiring after nearly 24 years with the company
VERSAILLES, Ohio, Dec. 6, 2024 — Midmark Corp., a leader in designing seamless clinical care experiences that millions of medical, dental and veterinary visits depend on every day, today announced Robin Keller as the company’s new chief people officer, effective Jan. 6, 2025. In this role, she will lead corporate communications and events, enterprise learning and organizational development, executive assistants, global philanthropic and corporate giving and human resources (HR).
Keller joins Midmark from Momentive, a $3 billion global manufacturer of silicone and specialty chemicals, where she served as vice president of global people operations and HR shared services and payroll. With over 30 years of experience in talent management, performance development and organizational leadership, Keller has an outstanding track record of driving HR excellence on a global scale.
Robin’s experience spans multiple mergers and acquisitions, leading large, diverse teams in various regions and supporting core HR areas such as recruitment, retention, succession and engagement. With her deep expertise in these areas, she will play a key role in advancing people strategies at Midmark. Robin is deeply committed to performance management and talent development, having worked closely with boards and in areas such as corporate communications, corporate giving and environmental health and safety (EHS). She also served as vice president of global HR operations for Hexion in Columbus, Ohio.

Keller holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and education from the Fairmont State University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Wheeling Jesuit University.
Keller will succeed Sue Hulsmeyer, who is retiring after nearly 24 years with Midmark. Hulsmeyer, who first joined the company in 2001, has had a significant impact throughout her tenure. Before becoming chief people and administrative officer, she served as vice president of human resources and corporate communications, where she played a key role in aligning and developing the organization through areas such as communication, professional development, recruitment, total rewards, safety and change management. Additionally, Hulsmeyer served as assistant secretary to the Midmark board of directors and as a management representative on the compensation committee.
