HIMSS Education Session #53: Using RTLS Data to Increase Ambulatory Care Capacity
Listen as Rodney Haas, Vice President of Operational Excellence at the University of Minnesota Health Clinics and Surgery Center, shares how more than 2,400 patients each day receive care in a new facility that is 40% smaller than the previous location. Haas will detail how real-time and retrospective data – including patient wait times, room utilization rates, patient-provider interaction times and more – is used to reduce patient waiting and optimize exam room utilization.
