The Scrub Sink / Infrared Faucet and Mixing Valve has a thermostatic mixing valve that allows you to set your ideal water temperature so that it will flow every time you wash without adjustment. The infrared sensor is not affected by varying color tones or bright lights. You will need 110v direct wired electrical service for operation. The infrared faucet turns water on and off when hands enter and leave the lavatory bowl. The strainer basket is included.
